• Coverage: Between 4m² - 9m² per kg depending on trowel used and absorbency of subfloor
• Open Time: All times are dependent on temperature, humidity, subfloor porosity and application method. Wet application-up to 20 minutes. Pressure Sensitive application-20 to 40 minutes Contact-Up to 24 hours after drying if kept free of contamination 
• Storage: Store between temperatures of 5°C and 30°C

JM700 is a SOLVENT FREE pressure sensitive acrylic adhesive that is easily applied either by trowel, roller or brush. It dries quickly to form a strong pressure sensitive adhesive for resilient floorcoverings. The adhesive is non-staining, has excellent resistance to plasticiser migration and is suitable for use over normal underfloor heating systems.
