Refund policy

Goods may be returned for whatever reason excluding:

Goods which have been specifically manufactured to a customer’s request

Goods which have been cut to size

Goods brought in on a special order for the customer

Goods may be returned subject to the buyer notifying ourselves in writing within 14 days of receipt of the goods that they wish cancel the order. If a delivery has been made and the goods need to be returned, they will only be accepted for restocking if they are undamaged and in the original unopened packaging. Furthermore, a handling charge of between 25% will be deducted from your refund amount as well as any initial transport, storage, & re-delivery costs incurred by the supplier. Any fees which would exceed the refund amount would be required to be paid prior to the return request being processed. The goods must be returned to stock at the buyer’s expense via their chosen courier. Your refund will be paid within 14 days of the goods being received in an acceptable condition.

The colours of the products may vary slightly on the website due to limitations of browser software monitors so you are encouraged to request samples prior to order.

The goods can be heavy and prone to damage in transit, you are advised to suitably protect the goods and take out sufficient insurance to cover their value.

When you return goods to us in a condition which indicates that they have been used or attempted to be installed or erected after you have had a reasonable chance to inspect them, we will consider you to be in breach of your legal duty to take reasonable care of the goods and reserve the right to recover appropriate sums from you.

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.

This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault – for example, if goods are faulty.

None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
