Inspired by clashes in Japanese culture; new and old, warm and cool, urban and natural – osaka is a collection of contrasts that work seamlessly together. The design’s pattern (originally from a map of Osaka) can be interpreted in a multitude of ways; geometric and inspired by the traditional practise of origami, or organic and reminiscent of a bamboo forest floor.
